| MVSP Technology and My Virtual Spokesperson require no special software, plug -ins or high-speed connections! To the best of our knowledge, our Virtual Spokespersons work on any computer connected to the Internet. |
| 5. Will I need to make any changes with my current hosting arrangement in order to support MVSP Technology and My Virtual Spokesperson? |

| In most cases the answer is no. Borderless Video is shot completely different than regular video however if you have a Chroma - key (green screen) video clip we may be able to encode it. |

| No. The fee quoted to produce your Virtual Spokesperson campaign is a one-time fee. Terms to produce your Virtual Spokesperson generally require a 50% deposit prior to scheduling your video shoot and balance upon delivery of your final video. For your convenience we accept all major credit cards. |

| We schedule your shoot date once you have confirmed your choice of talent and have signed-off on the final script edits. Depending upon our workload, our normal turn time is only 3 to 5 days. Scheduling can be affected depending on special effects, wardrobe or other custom requirements. |
